The signage industry is variable and forever evolving. The changes and technological advances that have occurred in the last ten years have been astronomical! Of course, if you’re not in the industry, you won’t know about all the changes.

I’ve digressed slightly. The point of this post is to say signage is more than just signage in the graphical sense. There’s been an evolution to digital signage and signage cladding. Which is the purpose of this post.

Cladding can be done in a couple of forms. We clad plyon signs and we clad to the outside of buildings. It can be sheeting a building facade or using it ACM decoratively. Compac completed a large job at Kia Motors Midland for Programmed Australia. This encompassed sheeting walls and fascias. However on the decorative side, we routed an ACM rainbow for a new Toymate store.

“Variety is the spice of life” as they say. New methods, techniques and trades keep us entertained and motivated.
